He was the founder and benefactor of the League of Villains. Once Japan's most powerful Villain, and All Might's arch-nemesis, his ultimate goal was to steal One For All, the Quirk that originally belonged to his younger twin brother, and the only power that could oppose him. He was the adoptive father and mentor of Tomura Shigaraki, having spent the young Villain's life shaping him into a successor, and a vessel for his Quirk in order to transfer his mind into his adopted son's body, as part of his plan to eventually conquer the world as a self-proclaimed Demon Lord (魔王 Maō?, "Demon King"). He was imprisoned in Tartarus after his second defeat at All Might's hands until he escaped several months later, single-mindedly focused on destroying the ninth wielder of One For All, Izuku Midoriya, to complete his century-long plan. During the Final War, he utilized a Rewind Drug, restoring his prime self at the cost of slowly being rewound out of existence, which he eventually was after a long-drawn out battle against the Heroes. His Vestige returned through Tomura's body in a last ditch effort to destroy the Heroes and rule the world, but he too finally fell, bringing his reign of terror to a decisive end. #allforone #myheroacademia #mha
