An illustration of a beach with a single person surrounded by peculiar creatures. I attempted to experiment more with this piece by focusing more on the environment rather than the characters, as well as using different color palettes to better flesh out the setting. In my thumbnails, I was initially headed towards a more sinister direction by adding horror elements, but ultimately stopped after playing Animal Crossing: New Horizons (funny how things work out, right?) The next images show the illustration in black and white, all green, and purple/dark green. All were before I settled with the orange/green/blue combination. (Made in Clip Studio Paint & Photoshop)
