This project is a baseball heritage–inspired graphic T-shirt concept celebrating one of the most electrifying players in the history of Major League Baseball, Rickey Henderson.
Widely known for his incredible speed and unmatched base-stealing ability, Henderson set the legendary record of 1,406 stolen bases during his career with teams including the Oakland Athletics. This design reimagines that historic milestone through a bold urban graffiti aesthetic.
Design highlights include:
Large “1406” graffiti-style typography representing the iconic record
Dynamic motion lines symbolizing speed and aggressive base running
Spray-paint textures and street art influences for a modern edge
Minimal baseball diamond graphics integrated into the background
The concept merges classic baseball history with contemporary street culture, creating a tribute that feels both nostalgic and visually modern.
Rather than using official MLB logos or copyrighted photographs, the design focuses on original graphic elements and typographic storytelling inspired by Henderson’s legacy and the energy of street art.
