Integrated Building Project Development (IBPD) is a course in CityU that emphasize in the corporation of multiple disciplines (ARCH, BSE, STEN, IU, SRUV) using BIM. The project is to design a community center, located in a site next to CityU and is currently a playground.
In a group of 7 people, two architecture students (Sam and I) took the responsibility of leading and communicating with different disciplines. Which, I mainly work on the BIM model and cooperation, with some suggestions on design.
With the leading of us (two students from the Architecture discipline) and the hardworking fellows (BSE, STEN, IU, SRUV), this project was finished with quality and was awarded with the Certificate of BIM practice and Special Award by the Department of ACE in CityU.
