This project involved identifying user experience bottlenecks within the booking system for "THE VEGE LODGE", a nature-focused accommodation. The objective was to decrease the high drop-off rates at key stages of the booking journey by streamlining the user flow and enhancing visual clarity. 自然をテーマにした宿泊施設「THE VEGE LODGE」の予約システムにおけるUXのボトルネックを特定するプロジェクトです。予約動線を整理し、視覚的な分かりやすさを向上させることで、各工程での高い離脱率を改善することを目的としました。 [ Improvement Strategy / 改善戦略 ] ■ UX/UI Solutions / 解決策 Simplified Form Design: Restructured the input forms to ensure a natural flow, allowing users to understand the purpose and rules of each field intuitively. / 入力フォームの構成をシンプルに整理し、各項目の目的やルールを直感的に理解できる設計にしました。 Visual Hierarchy: Implemented visual cues and structured layouts to reduce cognitive load during the data entry process. / 視覚的・構造的な工夫により入力中のストレスを軽減しました。 Additional Proposals: Suggested further enhancements, such as a "Progress Bar" and "Floating Booking Summary", to provide a sense of security and clarity throughout the journey. / 進捗バーや予約内容の常時表示などの追加提案を通じて、予約完了までの安心感を提供しました。 4.
