The ANESSA Sunshine Project is a global initiative that promotes children’s holistic well-being through outdoor activities under the sun. As part of this initiative, we held an experiential event for children in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam on November 3. The event aimed to encourage the formation of habits for outdoor physical activity with proper UV protection. In collaboration with the Japan Football Association (JFA) and Ho Chi Minh City Football Federation (HFF), we conducted workshops for 114 children in Vietnam to teach them about the benefits of outdoor play and the correct way to apply sunscreen. They were held along with the JFA Kids Program, which allows the children to move freely and actively outdoors.
